Development Director Position

Development Director

Overview

His House Christian Fellowship is searching for an energetic, self-motivated Director of Development to partner with a growing ministry.  His House Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational Christian ministry to college-aged students in the state of Michigan.  His House started in 1969, on the campus of Michigan State University and has since expanded to twelve university and college campuses.  Currently, 750-1,000 students are actively involved in the ministry of His House in a given week.

The mission of His House is to share Jesus Christ on campus, raise students to live out the Gospel message, and to send leaders to impact the world.  Life-on-life transformation occurs through the power of the Holy Spirit and the building of personal relationships. The ministry would like to share the Gospel message of Jesus Christ even further in the next few years and is seeking to find a catalyst that will help cast that vision and find new revenue streams.

Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director, the Development Director will spearhead development efforts as His House continues to grow. As this is a new position in the organization, the Development Director will have the opportunity to build the development vehicle for the ministry.
